IV. Age Requirement & Legal Compliance

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, order, or receive alcoholic beverages from McBride Sisters Collection. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and that the recipient of any shipment is also 21 years of age or older.

All deliveries of alcoholic beverages require a signature from a sober adult who is 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery. If no eligible adult is available to sign, the carrier will not leave the package.

Wine purchased from McBride Sisters Collection is for personal consumption only and may not be resold.


V. Orders & Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

Orders are processed by credit or debit card only. Payment is charged at the time of order placement.

Minimum Purchase

A minimum purchase of six (6) bottles is required for all orders placed through our website.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.


VI. Shipping & Delivery

Carrier

UPS Ground is McBride Sisters’ carrier of choice. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on current market rates. If you select an expedited shipping option, you are responsible for all associated shipping charges, regardless of wine club membership status or order amount.

States Authorized for Direct Shipment

Due to the varying nature of alcohol shipping laws across the United States, our ability to ship directly to certain states is limited. Please review the following before placing your order:

We are currently unable to ship any wine directly to the following states:

States We Cannot Ship New Zealand Wines To

State regulations restrict our ability to ship New Zealand wines to the following states. Domestic wines from our collection may still be available for shipment to these locations. These states are also marked with an asterisk (*) in the direct-ship list above for easy reference:

  • Connecticut (CT)

  • Iowa (IA)

  • Michigan (MI)

  • Missouri (MO)

Shipping laws are subject to change. If your state is not listed above, we will make every effort to fulfill your order. In some cases, we may be able to arrange sale and shipment through a licensed third-party retailer. Please note that when shipping through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted directly by McBride Sisters.

Weather & Condition Disclaimer

Wine is a perishable commodity sensitive to temperature extremes. Hot, humid summer conditions and cold winter temperatures may adversely affect wine during transit. McBride Sisters is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment.

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, responsibility for the wine transfers to the purchaser. We recommend considering weather conditions at both the origin and destination before placing your order.


VII. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or cancel orders once they have been placed and confirmed. Please review our full Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy for complete details, including how to report damaged or incorrect orders.


VIII. SMS / MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program

Program Overview

McBride Sisters Collection offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) through which you may receive SMS and MMS messages including promotional offers, new release announcements, and order updates. By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

This section governs your participation in the SMS/MMS Program only and does not modify any other terms governing your relationship with us.

Opting In

You may opt in to the Program by affirmatively providing your mobile phone number and consent through an online enrollment form, at checkout, or through another opt-in mechanism we make available. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated or prerecorded marketing messages at the phone number you provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies and may increase based on your interactions with us. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message upon opting out. You may also contact us at hello@mcbridesisters.com to request removal from the Program.

You agree that replying STOP is the appropriate method to opt out and that requesting removal verbally or through other means is not a guaranteed method of opting out.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when opting in to the Program. You agree not to use a false identity or opt in on behalf of another person without their consent. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that any information provided is inaccurate or that you have enrolled for an improper purpose, we may revoke your access to the Program and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability

McBride Sisters is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages, which may be caused by factors outside our control, including mobile carrier issues, network availability, or device compatibility. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Dispute Resolution — SMS Program

Any dispute arising from your participation in the SMS/MMS Program shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with the Program.


IX. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, McBride Sisters disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

McBride Sisters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.


X. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of this website or any purchase made through it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
