All Sales Are Final
All sales made through the McBride Sisters Collection website are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once an order has been processed.
Due to state and federal alcohol shipping regulations, we are legally unable to resell returned wine products. Please review your order carefully — including bottle quantities, varietals, and shipping address — before submitting.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. This includes changes to wine selection, quantities, shipping address, or delivery date. Orders are transmitted to our warehouse immediately upon confirmation — please review all details carefully before submitting.
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. As soon as your order is confirmed, it is automatically processed for fulfillment. In limited circumstances, we may be able to attempt a carrier recall before your shipment departs. However:

Carrier recalls are not guaranteed and depend on shipment status at the time of request.

All original shipping fees are non-refundable, even if a recall is successful.

We cannot guarantee cancellation for orders already picked up by the carrier.
If you believe an error was made at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately at orders@mcbridesisters.com. We will do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Returns
We do not accept returns of wine under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

Orders placed in error (incorrect SKU, quantity, or address)

Wine that was undeliverable or refused at the time of delivery

Wine that was returned to sender by the carrier after failed delivery attempts

Wine that the customer no longer wants or ordered by mistake
Once wine leaves our warehouse, we are unable to guarantee its condition, handling, or storage environment. For this reason, undelivered, refused, or returned wine cannot be credited, reshipped, or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if you receive an order that is damaged in transit or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:

Clear photographs of the damaged packaging or incorrect items
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery, or without supporting documentation, may not be eligible for resolution. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis, which may include replacement or store credit.
Alcohol Shipping Compliance
All orders are subject to applicable state and federal alcohol shipping laws. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that someone 21 or older will be present to sign for the delivery.
McBride Sisters Collection reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate local, state, or federal laws. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
