With plenty of citrus as well as Chardonnay's characteristic stone fruit and pineapple notes, this wine shines with fresh aromatics. Neutral barrel fermentation brings a soft, creamy texture that contrasts with the fruit's firm acidity. Bottled with lots of fresh fruit intensity, a full 20 months of aging en tirage (on the lees of the secondary fermentation in the bottle) creates rich, yeasty aromas of fresh-baked bread as well as a fine, persistent mousse.

Methode Traditionelle Sparkling Chardonnay from a single vineyard in Santa Lucia Highlands. Barrel fermented cuvee and tirage aged 20 months in the bottle prior to disgorging.
