Kelis' Red Wine Sangria

- 3 cups McBride Sisters Collection Red Blend
- 1/2 cup Rum or tequila
- 1 cup agave
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- handful fresh mint sprigs
- fresh cherries, grapes, sliced apples and orange wedges
- 3 cups sparkling water
1 (750 – mL) bottle McBride Sisters Collection Red Blend
½ (750 – mL) bottle high-quality tequila or rum
1 cup (or to taste) agave or liquid sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A handful fresh mint sprigs
Fresh cherries, grapes, sliced apples & orange wedges
1 (750 mL) bottle chilled sparkling mineral water
In a large pot or bowl, combine the wine, tequila or rum, agave, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon and stir. Add the mint sprigs and fruit, cover, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to marinate the fruit. Just before serving, add the mineral water and transfer to a glass jug.
