Terms & Conditions
- There is no membership fee. Members only pay for discounted wines, and shipping and taxes, if applicable.
- A wine club processing reminder will be sent via email shortly before each release. Each shipment will be charged to your credit card shortly before your wines are shipped.
- By joining our wine club, you certify that you are at least 21-years of age and that your credit card may be billed for the shipment, applicable sales tax, and applicable shipping fees. Wine delivery subscription shipping fees vary depending on quantity.
- Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes, and deliveries must be signed by someone at least 21-years of age.
- Please visit our Orders & Shipping page to see the states we currently ship to.
- Unfortunately, wine shipping is highly regulated and we are unable to ship our New Zealand wines to the following states: Iowa, Maine, Michigan, and Missouri. Substitutions will be selected for your order as needed.
* Your Welcome Wine Subscription Box for our Seasonal wine club members cannot be adjusted. Processed wine club orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you wish to cancel your membership or have questions about the wine subscription service, you must email email@example.com prior to the club processing date.
