Naughty Zinfandel Sour


  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz McBride Sisters Black Girl Magic Zinfandel (chilled)
  • 1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white


  1. Combine Bourbon, Fresh Lemon Juice, a scant ounce of simple syrup, and one egg white, shaken vigorously in a cocktail shaker, with ice, to foam up the egg white.
  2. Pour into a small tumbler with fresh ice and top with 1 oz BGM Zinfandel floated over the top with a spoon for a layered effect. Zinfandel should be chilled.
