This bubbly wine greets you with gentle floral notes of rose petals, strawberries and cream, and loads of freshly crushed red berries. The red fruits carry through the palate, where cranberry, peach, strawberry, and raspberry take center stage. There is a hint of toasty complexity and some creamy richness from time on lees that lead into a dry finish with lingering hints of spice.

Generous tropical fruits pair with lemongrass and citrus aromas. Ripe peach and mango aromas play with greener fruits like feijoa and Fuji apple. In the mouth, key lime flavors hang on a medium full, slightly oily body, which contrasts beautifully with the firm acidity and slightly mineral tone on the finish.

Pale golden color. Aromas of lemon curd and honey, pineapple and ripe pear. Soft and balanced texture, with a slight hint of toasty oak that balances the palate and persists with the fruit. Complexity and character without weight.
