Terms & Conditions
- By joining our wine club, you certify that you are at least 21-years of age and that your credit card may be billed for the shipment, applicable sales tax, and applicable shipping fees.
- Wine delivery subscription shipping fees vary depending on quantity. Each shipment will be charged to your credit card shortly before your wines are shipped.
- Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes, and deliveries must be signed by someone at least 21-years of age.
- Please visit our Orders & Shipping page to see the states we currently ship to.
- We cannot ship our New Zealand wines to the following states: Connecticut, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, and Missouri. Substitutions will be selected for your order as needed.
