Deep garnet color.  Fresh cherry aromas on the nose along with crushed raspberry jam, and rose petal notes.  Light oak treatment brings a hint of cedar with warm baking spice.  Fruit driven and silky soft on the palate with blackberry candy and some earthiness on top of the bright red fruits, this is unmistakably Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir.  Pairs well with mushroom bruschetta, grilled or seared salmon, classic roast duck, or a hearty beef stew.  Drink now through 2030.
