Pale straw color.  Clean and bright with a hint of creaminess on the nose.  Lemon curd, green apple, pear, and peach are laced with just a hint of toasty oak.  This enticing aroma leads into a texturally engaging palate with crisp acidity and fresh, crunchy fruit contrasted with creaminess from the lees aging.  Pair with rich cheeses, savory small bites, or seafood.  An exceptional expression of Santa Lucia Highlands fruit character, this wine drinks well now and through 2026.
