Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days and be shipped via UPS on the next available ship-date (Monday - Friday). Weekends and holidays do not count as processing days, or shipping transit days. Tracking information will be sent to you automatically.

And, we can't ship our New Zealand wines here: CT, IA, ME, MI, MO
An adult 21 years or older must be available to sign for delivery. UPS cannot leave wine on a door step, that's illegal.
We highly recommend that you enroll in the free UPS My Choice program. Once UPS has your package, you will need to work directly with them on delivery attempts and address corrections.

For three or fewer destinations and if you have different wine selections, please create these as separate orders. Simply add to cart, and then indicate the recipients address during checkout.
Extreme heat or cold can damage wines in transit, so we recommend 2-Day service during severe weather events.
During warm summer months we highly recommend that you choose to include a Cold Pack - even if it's not hot in your area, we have to consider the temperatures along the shipping route. Orders that arrive heat-damaged without a Cold Pack cannot be credited, refunded, or replaced.
Order Errors: We're unable to cancel orders placed in error any point during order processing and fulfillment.
Memberships: Wine Club Members can cancel their membership any time by email to: email@example.com. Members are given advance notice of shipment billing events and we are unable to refund any club orders after credit cards have been charged.
- We’re unable to accept returns for any reason, this includes orders placed in error.
- Undelivered wines cannot be credited, returned, or reshipped because we aren’t able to guarantee the wine's quality once it leaves our warehouse.
- A credit can only be applied to a customer's account if UPS returns a package in UPS's error.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We're unable to guarantee replacement wine that arrives damaged or is lost by UPS, but we're happy to apply credit to the customer's account for future purchases.
