Sauvignon Blanc: An elegant, restrained wine. To create our style, we use fruit grown in and sourced from the Rapaura and Spring Creek regions of the Wairau Valley Plains. Our Sauvignon Blanc showcases characteristics of nectarines, peaches, passion fruit, and grapefruit zest with very delicate floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom.
Riesling: Our Nelson Riesling is complex and fruit driven. We source from Redwood Valley, which boasts vineyards that are planted on very stony soils to produce powerful florals, vibrant fruit flavors and a textual component that creates a beautiful mouthfeel. Our Riesling showcases characteristics of florals, citrus, white peach, root ginger and spice.
Pinot Noir: Perfumed with fruity sweetness, floral highlights and spice, our Pinot Noir hails from Spring Creek, with vineyards comprised of soils rich in clay-loams and varying degrees of gravel. Our Pinot Noir showcases characteristics of plums, boysenberries, red currents, cinnamon and cloves.
